Your Opportunity:

• This is an inside sales position with an emphasis on over the phone recruiting, you will meet with prospective clients and candidates face to face at times as well.

• Unlike most recruiting companies; Kappa Search, Inc. allows you to learn both the client and candidate sides of the business from day one.

• You will call prospective clients to identify current openings, negotiate fee agreements, submit resumes, set up interviews and facilitate the entire interviewing process from start to finish.

• You will recruit candidates to identify their career goals, strengths and match their backgrounds with openings and other potential clients.

• Generate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals as outlined by Kappa Search, Inc.
