Kappa Search Inc. is a technical recruiting firm that specializes in engineering, technology, technical sales and operations recruitment and placement. We are actively recruiting for a Sales Engineer with telecom and datacom products expertise as outlined below:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic channel partnerships to address utility, mobile, government and hospitality markets.
  • Drive revenues by managing the pre-sales technical process technology to existing and potential customers.
  • Educate existing and prospective customers on company products, technology and solutions.
  • Will conduct conference calls, customer visits, technical sales presentations, technical training, proposal writing etc.
  • Responsible for new market development through OEM, service provider, and channel partnership.
  • Create and manage new team to take company’s solutions and apply them to targeted markets.
  • Expertise in account management, sales engineering, product development and program management.
  • Ability to interface with engineers to ensure product solution meets customer needs.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering preferred
  • MBA is beneficial
  • Several years sales and account management experience with telecom or datacom products
  • Preferred working experiences in one or two companies listed below:

AT&T, Verizon, CenturyLink/Quest, Windstream, Frontier Communications, Fairpoint Communications, Cincinnati Bell.

  • Must be willing to travel as necessary
